Method of Payments
Full Payment is required on orders of kit under £250. Kit orders
above £250 require an initial 50% deposit with the rest to be
paid in full on despatch.
Cheques or Postal Orders should be made payable to TRYSPORTS LIMITED.
By Credit Card. We welcome credit card payments whether by post, telephone
or fax, made with Visa, Access or Switch.

Exchange / Returns
Any goods requiring exchanging for size or colour etc, will be done by
return of post, providing they are in an unused condition, and the new
goods required are in stock and payment for postage is enclosed. We will,
of course exchange goods on a free of charge basis if any incorrect items
have been supplied by us. Any goods requiring a refund, will be done in
full (less carriage), providing they are 'returned to us in an unused
condition within 14 days. Please package the items and enclose a note
of explanation with your name, address, telephone number and the date
of your receipt to:

Faulty Goods
Any obvious faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged, refunded or repaired
as necessary with proof of purchase. However, it might be necessary for
some returned goods, usually hockey sticks, to be returned to the manufacturer
for prior inspection. We will endeavour to provide the fastest possible
service, to minimise any inconvenience. Please package the faulty items
and enclose a note of explanation with your name, address, daytime telephone
number and a copy of your receipt to: Trysports Returns Dept, 26 Sheep
Street, Bicester, Oxon. OX26 6LG. Please allow 14 - 28 days for this procedure.
